## About the Role

 * Minimum of (2) or more years of relevant professional software programming experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, Ada or similar software object-oriented language, * Proven self-motivated problem solver who can look at a situation, identify gaps or issues, and take initiative to resolve them (technically, with process, and with documentation)Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
 * Experience developing software using Agile techniques such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development
 * Experience leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to improve productivity, collaboration, and performance
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
 * Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
 * Experience working with Continuous Integration/Development & Integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Eclipse, and Ansible
 * Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization in complex environments
 * Experience with Shell Scripting (tcsh, csh, bash), software development tools like Git/Clearcase, and software debuggers

* Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
 * Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems
 * Stay current with industry trends and advancements in modern languages, Artificial Intelligence (AI), DevSecOps, and other methodologies and technologies, especially in relation to complex systems
