## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 10+ years of storage-related experience, OR M.S. in CS, CE, or related field with 7+ years of storage-related experience is required.

Technical Skills:

 * Proficient in PCIe protocol, NVMe, and NAND is required.
 * Knowledge of Linux Kernel and drivers is a plus.
 * Strong understanding of storage architectures and system-level debugging is also beneficial. Experience with bus analyzers and trace evaluation tools is required.

Programming Proficiency:

 * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as python, C and C++ is required.

## Description

* Oversee the progress of testing, identify potential issues, and report findings to ensure compliance with design specifications, as well as with customer standards and requirements.
 * Collaborate closely with other teams, including SOC, FW, and HW, to address and resolve product challenges.
 * Implement coordinated efforts to debug system issues, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
 * Foster open communication channels to facilitate efficient problem-solving and enhance the overall product quality.
 * Provide customer support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and prompt responses.
