## About the Role

* Experience with Kotlin and Java

## Description

A global insurance company in Boston is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale the technology by powering its digital insurance platform. In this position, you'll be developing backend systems, APIs, and product features, all while working closely with frontend developers and other teams.

In this role, you'll be a part of a small team in shaping the core internal systems that are essential to the company's software engineering environment. You'll also take ownership of features from inception through design, coding, testing, production, and use AI tools to improve developer productivity and experimentation.
