 * Prozessoptimierung: Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Kommunikationsabläufe beim Kunden
 * Infrastruktur-Design: Konzeption und Integration heterogener Collaboration-Infrastrukturen (u. a.Cisco, Microsoft, Asterisk, Innovaphone)
 * API-Integration: Vereinfachung und Automatisierung komplexer Lösungen über die Schnittstellen (APIs) der eingesetzten Produkte
 * Knowledge Sharing: Befähigung der Kunden durch praxisnahe Trainings-on-the-job
