 * Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Teams
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2)
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)

* Entwicklung moderner Fullstack-Anwendungen mit Java und aktuellen Frontend-Technologien
 * Konzeption und Implementierung skalierbarer Softwarearchitekturen
 * Integration von KI-Technologien, Large Language Models (LLMs) und AI-gestützten Services in bestehende und neue Systeme
 * Entwicklung automatisierter Tests sowie Sicherstellung hoher Softwarequalität
 * Mitarbeit in spannenden AI- und Digitalisierungsprojekten für nationale und internationale Kunden
 * Entwicklung und Anbindung von APIs, Datenbanken und Cloud-basierten Services
 * Einsatz moderner Frameworks und Technologien wie Java, Spring, Hibernate, React, Angular oder Vue.js
 * Nutzung moderner Entwicklungswerkzeuge, CI/CD-Pipelines und AI-unterstützter Entwicklungsprozesse
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung technischer Entscheidungen und Architekturkonzepte
