This includes leading efforts to: * Maintain and manage the requirements baseline * Maintain and manage the system test plan and integration efforts * Maintain and manage the system architecture model and associated artifacts and design description documents * Establish and track Program Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) * Conduct systems engineering technical and readiness reviews * Lead the verification and validation planning and execution * Partner with the program manager, Chief engineer, other IPT leads to enable successful program execution. * Establish and promote the necessary culture for program success This position is contingent on program award expected in 3Q 2026 Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
