Do you have experience in Python?, * Strong command of C++, including the ability to read and confidently modify an existing, non-trivial codebase; working proficiency in Python

 * A genuine interest in robotics and control systems, with the motivation to develop deep expertise
 * A rigorous instinct for testing and for documenting technical work well
 * The ability to take open-ended problems, give them structure, and communicate results clearly
 * Comfortable with Git and working in a collaborative development environment
 * Availability to work fully on-site - the role involves hands-on work with physical robots

## Description

* Develop and deploy control algorithms on real robots
 * Build demos on top of our existing control algorithms to show what the system can do
 * Design and run experiments to test and validate control approaches, in SiL/HiL simulation and on real robots
 * Turn data from real-robot trials into clear findings that shape what gets shipped next
 * Grow the test coverage and technical notes that keep a fast-moving control framework reliable
