The role focuses on root cause analysis, process optimization, and collaborating with business partners to create sustainable operational improvements., * Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement across operational workflows

 * Investigate root causes of issues and implement sustainable corrective actions
 * Analyze data from daily reports, closed tickets, and workflow activities to improve operational efficiency
 * Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or unfamiliar issues
 * Document findings, recommendations, process updates, and operational changes
 * Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary work
 * Monitor workflow performance and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and problem-solving
