## About the Role

* Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including workflows, catalog, and scripting (Advanced level).
 * Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level).
 * Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting (Intermediate level).
 * Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.
 * Experience with MuleSoft integration and contract management processes (Intermediate level).

## Description

* Enhance and optimize the existing Contract Intake application within ServiceNow to improve usability and data validation.
 * Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes.
 * Implement and refine integration between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs for seamless data exchange.
 * Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and financial systems.
 * Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management and approvals., * Opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic and innovative team.
