## About the Role

* 2-4 years of experience in project management, technical program management, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
 * Exposure to physical product development lifecycles, including design, sourcing, validation, and build, preferably in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or consumer electronics sectors.
 * Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
 * Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project for project tracking and collaboration.
 * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

## Description

* Build, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules for mechanisms, sealing, and structural integration to ensure timely delivery.
 * Act as a programmatic interface with external suppliers, tracking hardware build plans and coordinating part deliveries to meet project milestones.
 * Maintain bug and issue trackers (e.g., Jira), follow up on root cause analysis, and facilitate meetings to resolve hardware issues efficiently.
 * Facilitate cross-functional communication between mechanical engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and validation teams to support project alignment.
 * Conduct packaging investigations or manage clash analysis utilizing tools such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks to optimize CAD and packaging design processes.
