* Create and enhance ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets to deliver a modern, accessible user experience for customers
 * Optimize ServiceNow Portal search engine functionality through advanced tags and filters
 * Collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager to improve portal interface and usability
 * Support the development and maintenance of workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules within ServiceNow
 * Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all portal features
