This position will serve as a senior resource for troubleshooting complex user issues, coordinating technical activities, and helping project teams successfully implement and support technology solutions., * Provide advanced technical support for GIS applications, databases, and related systems.

 * Troubleshoot software, configuration, access, data, and user issues.
 * Provide technical guidance to users and project team members.
 * Coordinate technical activities and help ensure project requirements are completed on schedule.
 * Assist with software upgrades, system changes, and application implementations.
 * Develop user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation.
 * Work with system administrators, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
