* Salesforce Beratung & Customizing: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce Sales Cloud inklusive Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Standardisierung & Rollouts: Harmonisierung bestehender CRM-Prozesse sowie Mitarbeit an internationalen Salesforce-Rollouts innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
 * Projekt- & Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme und Bewertung neuer Anforderungen sowie Übernahme von Verantwortung für Salesforce-Projekte und Weiterentwicklungsinitiativen
 * Dienstleistersteuerung & Governance: Steuerung externer Partner sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen und zukunftsfähigen Betriebs der Salesforce-Plattform
 * Integration & Systemlandschaft: Mitarbeit bei der Integration von Salesforce in die bestehende Systemlandschaft, insbesondere im Zusammenspiel mit SAP S/4HANA und angrenzenden Anwendungen
