B2). * Mandatory permanent residency in the Stuttgart area. * Technical skills e.g. Python, R, and SQL, with exposure to GenAI tools (GPT, Gemini, Copilot) and prompt engineering ## Description As a part of UX Intelligence, you will work in cross-disciplinary teams of researchers, designers, developers, data experts, and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. You drive customer engagement by transforming diverse data into personalized user experiences. As a strategic partner within the Allianz environment, you design and implement analytics solutions that bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy. You establish scalable data processes and develop solutions that suit our customers, ensuring technical frameworks align with key business goals.
