## Description

* Aufbau und Umsetzung einer übergreifenden Testautomatisierungsstrategie über Unit-, Integrations- und End-to-End-Tests
 * Entwicklung und Pflege von E2E-Test-Suites für Web-Frontends
 * Automatisierung von API-Tests und Integration in CI/CD-Pipelines
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Manual Testern bei Testfalldesign, explorativem Testen und Bug-Triage
 * Reduktion von Flakiness und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Stabilität von Testpipelines
 * Mitarbeit an Testdatenmanagement, Testumgebungen und der Testbarkeit der Architektur
 * Durchführung von Performance- und Lasttests für kritische Services
 * Reporting relevanter QA-Kennzahlen wie Coverage, Defect Escape Rate und Flaky Rate
 * Schulung und Enablement der Entwicklungsteams zu Testing Best Practices
