## About the Role

* BA/BS degree, or, High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience, or, Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu o Bachelor's degree
 * 12+ years of relevant experience in the field or in a related area
 * Holds one of the following certifications: CISSP/CISM/CISA/GCIH

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred

Clearance Requirements:

 * Must have a current and active TS/SCI Clearance

Physical Requirements:

 * Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
 * Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
 * Must be able to work in high noise areas.
 * Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
 * Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard

## Description

As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter's effectiveness. If you enjoy working on a highly collaborative and dynamic team and want to make a difference for the warfighter, then we would love to have you on our team!, * Identifies security risks, threats and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications and new technology initiatives

 * Develops, tests, and operates firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems and software deployment tools
 * Tests and debugs programs and scripts and prepares instruction for use during network exploitation activities
 * Applies knowledge of current IA policy, tactics, techniques, policy, and doctrine, and relationship to IA reporting requirements and structure
 * Assists in the planning and implementation of requirements
