Analyze operational activities to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making and resource allocation. Employs process improvements and reengineering methodologies and principles for modernization of cloud-based systems and projects. Provides integral support in mission requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation of system applications., * Support cross-functional teams through execution of enterprise cloud initiatives across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Kubernetes-based platforms within DoD environments * Assist in designing, architecting, and optimizing secure cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, Google, and/or Oracle environments * Understand cloud-native architectures that support data integration, analytics, and automation requirements * Support the design and implementation of on-premises to cloud migration strategies * Provide support for cloud-based networks/computers/servers/appliances or other devices * Perform data network emulation/virtualization, analysis, and planning for cloud-based solutions * Analyze systems and associated network and computer security measures implementation in accordance with the Cloud Service Offering levels and FedRAMP * Has demonstrated knowledge of AWS GovCloud IL2 thru IL6 environments (Azure, Google, and Oracle experience also accepted) * Support infrastructure security design, patching, and compliance documentation to support governance and ATO processes * Ensure cloud infrastructure aligns with organizational policies, cost controls, and technical roadmaps * Able to interact with clients, peers, management, and senior technical leads in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience and atmosphere in the workplace
