## Description

* Du bist für den IT-Support gängiger Hard- und Software sowie kundenspezifischer Applikationen zuständig und betreust die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden bei Störungen, Erweiterungen und Änderungen der Infrastruktur
 * Du bearbeitest Anwenderanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, Fernwartung oder im Außendienst (Münsterland/Ruhrgebiet) bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
 * Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen installierst, konfigurierst und administrierst du IT-Endgeräte unserer Kunden
 * Typische Aufgabe sind z. B., Servermigration zu Proxmox, Konfiguration von UniFi-Netzwerkkomponenten, Installation von Kyocera-Druckern, Installation von TI-Komponenten
