Datenmodellierung & Orchestrierung: Erfahrung mit dbt (Modellierung, Tests, CI) und Apache Airflow sowie fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Datenmodellierungsansätze (z. B. Dimensional, 3NF, Data Vault)

Unser Data Intelligence & Digital Enablement Team treibt die digitale Transformation bei CBRE Germany voran, entwickelt zentrale Enterprise-Anwendungen sowie eine cloudbasierte Datenplattform (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, AWS) als Single Source of Truth für Immobilien-, Transaktions- und Marktdaten und steuert zentrale Daten- und KI-Initiativen deutschlandweit.
DAS MACHEN SIE BEI UNS
Cloud-Datenplattform & Migration: Betrieb, Monitoring und Optimierung der AWS-basierten Snowflake-Plattform (Performance, Stabilität, Kosten) sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Postgres-zu-Snowflake-Migration inkl. Refactoring, Cut-over und Ablösung von Legacy-Systemen
Datenpipelines & Orchestrierung: Konzeption, Entwicklung und Betrieb skalierbarer Datenpipelines mit dbt und Apache Airflow auf AWS (u. a. S3, Glue, DMS, Lambda, Step Functions) sowie Nutzung von Snowflake Tasks und Streams
Data Governance & Security: Verantwortung für Datensicherheit und Governance sensibler Immobiliendaten (RBAC, Tag-based Masking, Row-Level Security, Access Reviews)
Datenmodell & Enablement: Mitarbeit am zentralen Datenmodell sowie Enablement der Analyst: innen (Schulungen, Self-Service, Best Practices, Zugriffskonzepte)
