## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden
 * Installation, Administration und Optimierung von Server-, Storage- und Netzwerklösungen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Betreuung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen (z. B. Firewalls)
 * Administration von Microsoft 365 und angrenzenden Cloud-Diensten, u. a. Exchange Online
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd- / 3rd-Level-Support
 * Umsetzung spannender IT-Projekte bei kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen
 * Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Kollegen im Service und Unterstützung im Teamalltag
 * Sorgfältige technische Dokumentation deiner Lösungen und Projekte
