 * Technisches Grundverständnis (APIs/Schnittstellen, App-Store-Prozesse iOS/Android, CMS/CRM)
 * Datenschutzkompetenz mit Fokus auf DSGVO und sensiblen Mitgliederdaten
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in Verbänden, Non-Profit- oder Mitgliedsorganisationen
 * Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Stärke, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

## Description

* Projektmanagement für Aufbau und Entwicklung der digitalen Mitgliederplattform (App) für Bundes- und Landesverbände
 * Mitarbeit bei der Transformation der analogen VdK-Zeitung zu einer digitalen Mitglieder-Zeitung
 * Projektmanagement für VdK TV inkl. Koordination der Formate und Controlling
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus Landesverbänden und Fachbereichen (Anforderungsmanagement)
 * Übersetzung komplexer Prozesse in einfache, nutzerfreundliche App- und Plattformflows
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister (Agenturen, Entwickler-Teams, technische Dienstleistungsanbieter) inkl. Qualitätssicherung
 * Eigenständige Projektsteuerung und Schnittstelle zu den Landesverbänden
