## About the Role

Do you have experience in Project planning?, * strong organisation and communication skills

 * at least 3 years of project management experience
 * confidence in working autonomously and taking ownership of your tasks
 * an eye for design when it comes to slide decks, websites and campaign assets, for example in Canva, Framer, Figma or InDesign
 * experience with digital campaign management and marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Zapier or Meta Ads
 * experience in monitoring and reporting campaign metrics
 * native-level French and fluent German and English
 * a genuine interest in democracy, social impact and collective action, Berlin is preferred. You can flexibly work from home or from our office at Mindspace on Friedrichstraße.

* support our clients in the conceptualisation and execution of cooperative projects
 * coordinate project timelines, deliverables and communication with clients and partners
 * support the monitoring and analysis of project results and the creation of case studies that demonstrate impact
