Pay Range: $100130 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

 * Manage the full lifecycle of supplier enablement, procurement-to-pay (P2P), and master data projects, ensuring effective design, planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
 * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication among Supply Management, technology, finance, marketing, vendors, and other internal and external partners to drive project success.
 * Develop and execute rollout strategies, training programs, and communication plans to support new client onboarding, system launches, and supply chain initiatives.
 * Lead category management efforts including contract negotiation, vendor management, cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation aligned with company policies.
 * Oversee Salesforce platform management and analytics, providing data-driven insights, dashboards, training, and continuous improvement to enhance operational transparency and accountability.
 * Support supplier engagement and growth initiatives through collaborative partnerships, data-driven business opportunities, event management, and alignment with organizational goals for measurable impact.
