* Verwaltung unserer Rechenzentrumsumgebung auf Basis von Windows Server, Azure und M365 - sowie die Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden
 * Administration von Exchange Online, RZ-Storage, Endpoint Security und Netzwerk (Firewall, VLAN, VPN)
 * Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Microsoft-Umfeld - von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Troubleshooting von Windows-Systemen im RZ und beim Kunden vor Ort
 * Erstellung von IT-Anforderungsdefinitionen und Konzepten für anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte
 * Direkte Entwicklungsperspektive: Wer Leistung zeigt, übernimmt Verantwortung - nicht irgendwann, sondern zeitnah
