 * 2nd Level und 3rd Level Support für interne Systeme
 * Planung und Durchführung von System Updates, Upgrades und Patches
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z.B. LDAP, Active Directory Anbindung)
 * Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Härtung der Systeme (SELinux, CIS Benchmarks)
 * Einsatz von Konfigurationsmanagement Tools wie Ansible
