## About the Role

* Strong hands-on Workday integration development experience.
 * Experience building and supporting integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
 * Experience with web services, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.
 * Ability to independently develop, test, and support integrations in a live production environment.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical teams and HR/business stakeholders.
 * Broad understanding of Workday HCM business processes., * Experience supporting a large integration environment with numerous vendor connections.
 * Experience with Core Connectors, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and complex data flows.
 * Experience supporting Workday Financials integrations.
 * Experience with integration testing, remediation, or redesign for a major platform migration.

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Workday HCM Integration Consultant to support, enhance, troubleshoot, and develop integrations across an established Workday environment. This person will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and independently build and support integrations.

The environment currently has approximately 100 integrations, primarily connecting Workday with external vendors. The immediate focus is ongoing support and enhancements, with future initiatives potentially involving a Workday Public Cloud migration and associated integration testing, updates, and redesign., * Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations.

 * Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, web services, APIs, and related technologies.
 * Monitor existing integrations, investigate failures, and provide ongoing production support.
 * Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate functional needs into technical designs.
 * Support integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.
 * Enhance existing integrations and develop new solutions as business needs arise.
 * Support integration testing, remediation, and potential redesign associated with future Workday platform initiatives.
