Begleitung von Rollouts, inkl. Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Verantwortung für die Problemanalyse und Behebung von Störungen und ggf. die damit verbundene Weiterleitung an die Fachabteilung Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kurzeinweisungen und User-Schulungen Aufbau und Verkabelung von Client-PCs sowie deren Anschluss an die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur Pflege und Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation
