Aufbau und Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken für standardisierte und komplexe Unterstützungsanfragen Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports schriftlich, telefonisch und per Fernwartung in deutscher und englischer Sprache Übernahme von technischen Dokumentationen der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sowie Optimierung von internen IT-Geschäftsprozessen Erfassung von Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem sowie eine adäquate Lösungsfindung sowie Mitwirkung bei Projekten Weiterentwicklung des First- und Second-Level-Supports
