Betreuung von DC-, Exchange-, Print- und Datenbanksystemen sowie die Sicherstellung von Datensicherungen Betreuung der User bei IT-relevanten Fragen im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports Projektierung von komplexen IT-Systemen, inkl. Konfiguration und Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen des Weiteren Installation und Konfiguration unterschiedlicher Hard- und Software Übernahme des Monitorings, unter anderem die Optimierung von kritischen IT-Systemen und -prozessen sowie die Erstellung von Dokumentationen
