This role will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the integration of software components, test execution, test documentation, and formal qualification testing (FQT) to verify that software meets logical, mathematical, and mission-critical requirements. Applies appropriate standards, verification processes, and specialized testing tools throughout the software qualification life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware, software architectures, target environments, and test automation frameworks to validate software functionality. Ensures all software quality, reliability, and qualification standards are fully met before deployment Manages software development activities. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the design, development, documentation, and testing of software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment.
