* Minimum 2+ years of desk side support service experience
 * Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
 * Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic business applications
 * Excellent analytic / troubleshooting skills
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Excellent customer support skills
 * Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing

## Description

* Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix and end user support activities as required
 * Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image
 * Complete assigned projects
 * Follow asset management policy and procedures
