* Beratung von Kunden bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen
 * Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Erarbeitung passgenauer ERP-Lösungen
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus Fachabteilungen
 * Koordination und Begleitung von ERP-Projekten von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Anwendertrainings
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Unterstützung bei Customizing, Tests, Dokumentation und Rollouts
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender ERP-Prozesse und Systemlandschaften
