## About the Role

* Experience analyzing cybersecurity risks, participating in hands-on academic lab environments, or completing cybersecurity internships
 * Knowledge of threat monitoring technology, SIEM concepts, and basic networking principles such as TCP / IP, subnets, and standard ports
 * Ability to research routine technical issues, learn new security tools under direct supervision, and document findings clearly
 * Ability to provide a 1-2 page briefing that does not contain confidential information, showcasing a real-world application of cyber skills or work
 * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with scripting or querying languages such as Python, Bash, or SQL used to process or analyze security logs
 * Knowledge of common security frameworks such as the MITRE ATT & CK framework or NIST Spe cia l Publications
 * Ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments to escalate and resolve routine technical issues
 * Top Secret clearance
 * Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
 * CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or Network+ Certification
