## Description

We are seeking a Collaboration Platform Designer to support enterprise collaboration services across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. This individual will provide engineering support for collaboration technologies, assist with migration projects, and work closely with senior engineers to deliver platform enhancements and operational support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, troubleshooting platform issues, and participating in migration and implementation projects. Google Workspace experience is highly prefttrf., * Support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

 * Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration services.
 * Participate in platform migration and implementation projects.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve collaboration-related incidents and service issues.
 * Support permissions management, user access, and collaboration platform configuration activities.
 * Assist with PowerShell automation and administrative scripting activities.
 * Work with senior engineers to implement platform improvements and modernization efforts.
 * Coordinate with infrastructure, messaging, and collaboration teams to support enterprise operations.
