* Perform baseline, integration, system, and regression level software testing across various telephony and networking hardware platforms.
 * Develop Python test automation scripts and build dedicated lab environments in support of research and development efforts.
 * Analyze complex log datasets, track system metrics, and generate requirements verification traceability matrices within an Agile workflow., * Conduct formal software testing spanning baseline, integration, system, and regression phases across telephony and networking equipment.
 * Develop and maintain Python-based test scripts for automated testing and execution.
 * Analyze large log files and system test data, documenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
 * Configure and support Linux test lab environments and continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins.
 * Utilize Splunk for log aggregation, data parsing, and test result analysis.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver verified software solutions.
