Betreuung von Anwendern bei der Nutzung der IT-Infrastruktur im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support Erkennung von Optimierungspotentialen und deren Umsetzung sowie die Durchführung, Protokollierung und Dokumentation von Inbetriebnahmetests Verantwortung für die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Upgrade und Wartung von Hard- und Software Verwaltung der Hard- und Software sowie Kontrolle und Überwachung des IT-Equipment-Lagers Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie die Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der internen Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
