Installation, Konfiguration und Einweisung von Hard- und Software vor Ort sowie von hochverfügbaren Server-Systemen inkl. Peripherie Unterstützung und Betreuung von Anwendern bei der Nutzung der IT-Infrastruktur im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support Pflege der zugehörigen IT-System- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur Austausch von IT Komponenten, inkl. Priorisierung neuer bzw. bestehender Support-Anfragen Umsetzung individueller IT-Lösungen sowie die Unterstützung bei Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
