1st und 2nd Level Support sowie Administration von IT-Anwendungen (Soft- und Hardware) Annahme eingehender Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen per Telefon und E-Mail Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und IT-Rollouts Dokumentation von Prozessen, Lösungsvorschlägen und Anfragen Benutzeranlage und Rechtevergabe in verschiedenen Anwendungen sowie Netzwerkadministration Konfiguration, Dokumentation, Installation und Übergabe von Hard- und Software Übernahme der Bedarfsplanung für Hard- und Software Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
