Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Benutzeranfragen über die interne IT-Servicedesk sowie die aktive Mitgestaltung im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung eingesetzter Systeme Sicherstellung von reibungslosen Abläufen, inkl. Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Implementierung von IT-Schutzmaßnahmen Wartung, Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software, inklusive Durchführung von IT-Umzügen und entsprechenden Funktionstests Mitbetreuung von IT-Projekten und Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern Prüfung von Systemanforderungen und Optimierungspotenzialen
