The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI's performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale., As Senior Director, Site Readiness, you own end-to-end delivery of new and retrofitted data centers-from site readiness through operational turnover. This role is about execution certainty at scale., * Lead global deployment programs for greenfield and retrofit critical facilities.

 * Manage internal engineering teams, external contractors, and delivery schedules.
 * Set safety, quality, and progress metrics; report to executive leadership.
 * Establish standardized deployment playbooks and continuous improvement loops.
