## About the Role

* Ensure messaging reflects change objectives and encourages awareness, understanding, and readiness among impacted teams. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, HR communications, marketing communications, organizational development, or a related field.
 * Proven background supporting organizational change, technology transformation, or business process re-engineering initiatives.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different stakeholder groups.
 * Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed business environment.
 * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
 * Ability to manage tactical execution work with a high level of organization, accuracy, and responsiveness.

 * Collaborate with HR, marketing, change leadership, and business stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent messaging.
 * Convert complex operational or technical updates into straightforward communications tailored to employee and leadership audiences.
 * Contribute to stakeholder engagement efforts by helping plan outreach, messaging timing, and communication delivery strategies.
 * Support communication needs tied to business transformation and process improvement activities across multiple districts.
