 * 1-3 years of desktop support or help desk experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Acrobat.
 * Experience with IT ticketing systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking.
 * Troubleshooting, ticket management, and user account support.
 * Experience supporting Zoom meetings, conference rooms, and A/V equipment.
 * Must be a local candidate available for onsite work.
 * Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends.
