## About the Role

## Description

The IT Security Analyst will spend their day monitoring the firm's environment for security threats, investigating alerts, and responding to potential security incidents. They will maintain security tools, perform vulnerability scans, support remediation efforts, and analyze information across systems, networks, endpoints, and logs to identify risks and suspicious activity. The role will also help manage technologies such as EDR, SIEM, firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability management tools, while providing periodic after-hours on-call support.
