## About the Role

AI & GenAI:

 * Deep expertise with LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.
 * Solid understanding of GenAI concepts including tool invocation, guardrails, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
 * Strong, daily hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex/ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent - using them not just as autocomplete but as active development collaborators to accelerate prototyping and production delivery.

Full-Stack Engineering:

 * Strong frontend skills: component-driven development using React, Next.js, or Angular; proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
 * Ability to build clean, intuitive UIs that make complex AI outputs accessible and actionable.
 * Solid backend experience: Python for AI/data workloads; Node.js, Java, or Go for services and APIs.
 * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

 * Advanced experience designing and deploying cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

What you'll need:

 * 3 years of professional software development experience
 * Hands-on experience with at least one major agentic AI framework (e.g.: LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or similar)
 * Experience with AI coding agents (e.g.: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of your development workflow
 * Demonstrated experience building frontend applications (e.g.: React preferred, or Next.js, or Angular)

Bonus Points if you have:

 * Experience with rapid prototyping (taking ideas from concept to production-ready in days)

Clearance :

Must have a TS/SCI level government clearance with a willingness to sit for a polygraph
