## About the Role

Technical Analysis, Software as a Service (SaaS), Customer Support/Service, Residential Construction, Fortune 500 Customers, Team Player, Interpersonal Skills, Onboarding, Business Operations, Software as a Service (SaaS), * Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.

 * Working towards a bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, business administration, information technology, or similar field
 * Experience with delivery/release events such as release notes, branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, and merge/conflict resolution
 * Ability to work within Scrum & Agile methodologies
 * 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization
 * Basic knowledge of some of the following a plus: Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, SnapLogic, Cyber Security & Security Best Practices, .NET, Java, React, Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/AWS), SAP/ERP, REST APIs, SFTP, MQTT, Web Services, JSON, ServiceNow
 * Completion of Lennar Technology Internship or other relevant technology internship with strong performance (preferred)
 * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
 * Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
 * Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing RCGs a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. It is important to note that placement in the Company post-program is not guaranteed.

## Description

The Technology track is a one-year, developmental program for recent graduates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027., * Assist in defining, implementing, and managing processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation

 * Serve as a liaison between business and development teams to facilitate project execution and resolution
 * Help create technical documentation such as process flows, specifications, and development tasks
 * Assist in developing execution plans and timelines including tasks, resources, and timeline
 * Participate in and support each phase of the software development project life cycle
 * Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture in a fast-paced environment
 * Gain proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, JIRA, and ServiceNow
 * Develop data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
 * Learn and apply project management skills including planning, scheduling, and resource management
 * Enhance written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
