## About the Role

* Completed technical studies (at least MSc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field
 * At least 5 years of relevant industrial software development experience, with a high level of commitment and proven ability to work in a team, preferably a similar field
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with clients and project managers, and to guide a development team
 * Strong skills in modern C++ and Python, with solid experience in Git, CMake and Linux environments. Experience with Qt/PySide, C#/.NET, MATLAB, CUDA or HPC is beneficial.
 * Experience with software architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, Docker, documentation and secure development practices.
 * Experience with AI-assisted development and coding agents for implementation, refactoring, testing, documentation and code review. Ability to critically validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.
 * Knowledge of sensing and camera technology as well as factory automation of advantage
 * Good command of English and German (both required)
