## Description

Think like a product owner. You don't just implement requirements, you question them. Together with product owners and designers, you shape specifications for new features, discuss trade-offs, push back when something doesn't add up, and help build a long-term vision for where the platform should go.
Build bridges. You work with cross-functional teams across the whole business: the business teams who rely on the platform, fellow engineers, and the other consumer-facing teams whose features run through it. You make it easy for others to succeed.
Drive things forward. You don't wait for someone to hand you the next task. You spot what could be better, in the codebase, the platform or how the team works, and you take the lead on fixing it. You'll take on increasingly challenging projects with full ownership of your contributions.
