Actuators, cobots, industrial robots, humanoids, AMRs. * You understand electric drive systems. You can talk motors, gearboxes and controllers with a customer's engineering team. * You like customer contact. You ask the right questions and you write a clear proposal. * You enjoy analysis. You turn scattered market information into insights management can act on. * You work independently and take ownership of the technical solution. You speak and write English fluently. Other languages are a plus. * You are open to occasional travel. ## Description * You are the first technical contact for incoming customer enquiries. You find out what the customer really needs. * Together with R&D, you translate customer specs (RFIs and RFQs) into motor requirements. * You select the right motor solution and check how it fits into the customer's system: drives, gearboxes, mechanical integration. * You build the proposal yourself, technical solution and pricing included, with support from R&D. * You follow up with the customer until the project is won, then hand over to the project team. Market intelligence * You keep track of the robotics market: applications, players, competing technologies and trends. * You map where axial flux motors bring the most value and which segments we should target. * You report your findings to management in a clear, structured way. Your input shapes our product and commercial choices. Product and sales support * You help create and update product documentation, datasheets and sales tools. * You bring customer feedback back to R&D. * You join customer visits and trade fairs now and then., * What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data. * The security procedures are in place to protect against the misuse of your information. * How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information. * That by using our site, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy.
