## Description

* Build the product's roadmap and big picture, translating it into actionable deliverables for the development team.
 * Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications in line with agile methodology.
 * Define iteration planning and priorities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
 * Continuously prioritize business needs and monitor the Product Backlog.
 * Align stakeholders on the vision and scope of the product.

Project Follow-up & Support

 * Initiate and maintain a priority management approach, ensuring product consistency and quality.
 * Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.).
 * Act as the decision-maker or arbitration authority for delivered functionalities.
 * Conduct live adjustments and follow-ups of the Sprint Backlog., * Dedicated Manager
