* Education:A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, ICT or a related field; graduates and junior profiles are welcome.

## Description

* IT Support:Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient ticket follow-up.
 * Hardware & Workplace:Configure laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
 * Microsoft 365:Help users get the most out of Microsoft 365 applications and digital workplace tools.
 * Digital Innovation:ExploreAI, automation and emerging technologies, contributing to smarter tools and more efficient internal processes.
 * Technical Development:Collaborate closely with experienced IT colleagues and System Engineers, progressively expanding your technical knowledge and responsibilities.
